The first step is to become a client of our network. You will fill in the registration form, we will verify availability at your address and arrange the installation. The connection price is 500 Kč/month.

We will handle it within 24 hours.

Get your referral link

Once your connection is activated, we will send you login details for the dashboard. There you will find your unique link in the form of provizni.net/ref/ABC123.

Track your savings and receive payments

In the dashboard you can see in real time the number of active clients, the current discount amount and payment history. Discounts are applied automatically; payments are made by bank transfer.

What is a referral link?

The referral link is your unique URL in the format https://provizni.net/ref/YOUR-CODEAnyone who registers and activates their connection via this link is automatically assigned to you as the referrer. You will find the link in your dashboard immediately after activating your own connection.

When will I receive my discount on the internet?

The discount is activated immediately after activating the connection for your recommended client. It will be reflected in your next monthly billing cycle. If the client activates mid-month, the discount is proportionally reduced for the remaining days.

How is the payout for a discount exceeding 100% processed?

If you have more than 10 recommended active clients, you receive an additional bonus for each one. 50 Kč/month as a cash payment. Payments are made by bank transfer to the account you specify in the dashboard settings, always by the 5th day of the following month. There is no minimum payout. We will send even 50 Kč.

Do I have to be a customer to make a recommendation?

Yes. The referral programme is exclusively for our active customers. You must first register and have an active internet connection with us. Only then will you gain access to the dashboard and your unique referral link. This is intentional. We want you to recommend the internet service that you use yourself and trust.

What happens if a recommended client cancels their contract?

The discount or payout for a given client ceases to apply from the next billing cycle following the termination of their contract. You will therefore always receive payment for all active months. The dashboard shows the status of each client in real time, so you are never caught unprepared.

Is there a limit on the number of recommended clients?

There is no limit. The more clients you refer, the higher your payout. If you refer 20 clients, you receive 500 Kč per month (10 above the limit × 50 Kč). With 30 clients, it is 1 000 Kč/month, and so on with no cap.

Is internet availability a requirement?

Yes, connection is technically limited by network availability. We currently cover Josefov and surrounding districts in Prague 1. When registering a recommended client, we will verify availability at their address. If the network does not yet cover their address, we will register them as a waiting customer and inform them once availability is extended.
