Within 7 days of activating a recommended customer. The system adds the discount automatically. You don't need to request it, contact support or check anything.
The discount for a specific customer ceases to apply in the month when they terminate their contract. Discounts for other active customers continue unchanged. You can always see the current status in the dashboard.
Yes. With more than 10 customers you move to premium status, internet is free and for each additional customer you receive a credit of 50 Kč/month, which can be used for non-standard services or transferred as a discount to another person.
First, you need to switch to us. The switch is free and we will handle the entire process, including cancellation with your current provider. Registering for the referral programme does not commit you to switching.
